Hailing from Sydney, Australia, JDR doesn’t disappoint with their international sound. Their track Only U will remind listeners of EDM meets latin pop music. With the musical talents of Derrick Attwood, Joshua Paltoo, and Adam Xycore, its apparent why the band has risen in popularity. Between the upbeat tempos of their single Only U, impeccable mixing, and influences of music around the world, listeners are even more intrigued at their unique sound. With lyrics stating “the night is young, we have so much left to explore”, indicates a dive into youth, travel, and the feeling of possibility. All in all, 2018 is JDR’s year.
